Eligibility

By purchasing from Patriot Ammo, you confirm that:

• You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• You are not prohibited by law from owning or possessing ammunition.
• You have no felony convictions, domestic violence convictions, or active restraining orders.
• You are not addicted to controlled substances or dishonorably discharged from the military.
• All purchases are for lawful purposes only.

Patriot Ammo reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate the law or our policies.

Shipping Policy

We ship within the continental U.S. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories. A valid physical street address is required — no P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. Processing time is typically 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Adult signature may be required at delivery.

Restricted States

We do not ship ammunition to: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Washington, D.C.

Orders placed with restricted addresses will be canceled and refunded (minus processing fees). Authorized law enforcement or FFL holders in restricted areas must contact us before ordering.

Returns and Refunds

All ammunition sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact the carrier and notify us within three business days. Refunds or replacements are handled case by case, and shipping costs are not refundable. If you need support, email patriotammoboise@gmail.com.

Patriot Ammo is not responsible for any injury, damage, or misuse of ammunition. Buyers assume full responsibility for legal compliance and safe storage and must comply with all applicable local and state laws.
